 Axle Weigher Specifications                                                                                         

The axle weigher also known as axle weighbridge  is fabricated from universal beams and anti skid mild steel plates. The axle weigher/weighbridge  is fitted with 4 hermetically sealed compression type or   beam load cells. The  capacity of the axle weigher is  20.000kg x 10kg. The dimensions of the axle weigher platform are 750mm wide x 3000mm long.The axle weighers is  pit mounted  and fitted with a simple indicator and a PC loaded with Bytronics WeighSOFT Axle Weighing Software  and a printer

• Fitted with service plates at each end for maintenance purposes

• Production of a ticket showing loading of individual axle, and excess and the total for the group axle.

• The generation of management reports and ability to have all transactions stored providing audit trail.The load cells are built in surge protection tubes and are current calibrated to ensure easy and accurate parallel connection of multiple load-cells and are certified to OIML 3000-5000 divisions.
The software Bytronics WeighSOFT is designed for axle load enforcement by the Ministry of Roads and Public Works and is suitable for transporters as well.
